Organizer of the conference is the Otto Brenner Foundation in cooperation with the Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation, Regional Project for Labour Relations and Social Dialogue in South East Europe, Belgrade, the  Hans-Böckler-Foundation and the European Trade Union Institute ETUI.

Terms of participation*

The Otto Brenner Foundation can only consider applications that reach us by 28th of february 2012.
In case of more registrations than available conference places we are obliged to reject applications until 16th of march 2012.

With our confirmation you'll receive your personal conference documents in the 14th calendar week.
In case you have to cancel your partizipation after the 18th of April, or in case you don't partizipate despite confirmation from our part, we will charge you the cancelation fee for booked but not perceived services.

The Otto Brenner Foundation takes care of the hotel booking and covers the costs for accomodation from the 25th to the 27th of April (2 nights) and the board during the Conference. Participants from Eastern- and Southeast European Countries can claim travel expenses 150,00€ after handing in the according bills and receipts after the conference.
The eight conference languages are BCS (Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian), English, German, Czech/Slovak, Polish, Bulgarian, Rumanian and Hungarian.

The transfer to the conference hotel on the 25th has to be organized by the attendees themselves.

By accepting the terms of condition, you agree that the Otto Brenner Foundation stores your data for internal proposals.
